Since 1972, Marion County Rescue Squad (MCRS) has been providing emergency transportation and non-medical transportation for residents around Marion County, West Virginia. Today, you'll find three stations, located in Fairmont, Worthington and Mannington, which are ready to serve your medical transport needs. Our nonprofit agency provides BLS and ACLS emergency response, which includes advanced cardiac life support.
In addition to being a patient transporter, MCRS also offers technical rescue, which includes rope rescue. There are also services like nonemergency patient transport and CPR and First Aid training available for individuals, medical personal and first responders. When seconds count, it's important to have skilled EMTs (and an organization with decades of experience) ready to serve you. Plus, since all billing is handled in-house, with Marion County Rescue Squad you have an ambulance provider that you can talk to locally if you have any questions or concerns.

When it comes to serious health events, MCRS offers both AS1 and AS2 services, like advanced cardiac life support.
BLS services, or as it's also known basic life support, means MCRS can assist with life-threatening illnesses or injuries.
